Bio:
I have worked in the field of human services for over 42 years in a number of different roles serving indivduals with I/DD. I work in state licensing for the Department of Developmental Services in Massachusetts. I have been in this position for over 30 years which has offered me the ability to advocate for indivduals living and working in the community. I was afforded the opportunity to partner with BRISTOL as part of the DDS Direct Support Certificate Program teaching Leadership & Supervision in Human Services for 6 years. In 2015, I taught my first course, Intorduction to Social Welfare as an instructor on the Fall River campus. I teach this course online. I have also lead a seminar group for student interns for three years. I learning Canvas for the first time after teaching on Blackboard for over 7 years.
