Born in Florida, and raised in South Africa, Mozambique, and Texas.
B.S. in Kinesiology from Southwestern University (Tx), 2010. M.S. In Kinesiology from Tarleton State University (2015). 15 years of combined experience in strength and conditioning (3 years at Human Machine Athletic Club, 2 years graduate assistantship at Tarleton State, and 10 years as a strength coach at Lifetime Fitness South Austin).
