That is what I would expect as a user. Greg has summed up well, our experience of user behaviour. Many people contact us because they have not understood the dashboard only shows some courses.
The dashboard look would be consistent and usability massively improved, if there was one course card always present on the dashboard, which took people to their 'all courses' list. (courses = modules...
