The only way I have found to get to the Speedgrader for a New Quiz is from the gradebook. Click the 3 dots of the quiz and select Speedgrader.
Just a thought....but this is may be because when you open a New Quiz, it automatically goes to the edit window. Previously, assignments or quizzes you would have to click edit when viewing, so other options were available.

I agree, please put it in new quizzes.
Many of our instructor wish to not show students correct answer until after conclusion of quiz. To minimize one student taking quiz and then passing on answers to other students. Or as stated above, open quiz for review after a certain date when going into future quizzes (i.e.mid-term or final).
I understand that this can be done manually in new quizzes....but that is a lot of added work when we are used to being able to set dates in classic quizzes.
I don't see this feature on the comparison chart, or did I miss something?

Did you remove everyone else from the Assign To box such that only the individual student shows? I have had this happen before. To fix, add everyone back into the Assign To box and their grades will come back into the gradebook. This has worked for me in the past.
To add a new/different due date for individual student, click the + Add at bottom of Assign To box. Then select that student's name and enter new due date. Now there will be 2 Assign To boxes: one for the student and another for Everyone Else.
