Thanks for the checklist. We are finding more and more students using mobile devices to view course content and this will be a big help. Has Canvas thought about adding mobile views? For example, other programs have buttons that you can use to see how content will be viewed on a phone in portrait and landscape or how it will be viewed on a table. Every course at our institution (online, hybrid, in person) has a Canvas course shell. We require the following be added to the Canvas course shell: Homepage Syllabus Grades In order to teach an online course it must be reviewed by an online advisory board and the instructor must successfully complete an online certification course in Canvas. ... We have not gone live with the course and our plan is to set it up for fall 2018. My guess it that we will force enroll just so faculty have the resources. As of right now, there are no quizzes, required discussions, etc. It is really just a repository for information. ... View more
