Bio:
After 18 years teaching in K-12 education, I have moved to the HED world. I currently work as the Manager of Canvas Support Services for Northern Virginia Community College. I completed my BA in Elementary Education, my first MA in Instructional Technology, and my second MA in Gifted Education. As the Manager of Canvas Support Services for NVCC, I oversee the training of 2750 faculty and staff in their transition from Blackboard to Canvas. I have also worked as a Contract Trainer for Canvas since early 2018. In my free time I also work as a personal trainer, an improv comedian, and a murder mystery actress and writer. All of this keeps me busy and constantly learning new and exciting things to share with others!
