I've had similar results with Cloud and 1.3. Some work, some do not. Truly seems to be a Canvas-Google Drive issue.  I have done all of the "tricks" others have mentioned here. Just waitin...

This is what we do. We remove from the student connection to the LTI, not the district allowed LTIs. Then we reauthorize the LTI with the student.
