I am Assistant Director of the Office of Measurement Services (OMS), and also Manager of Educational Services. I oversee administration of the Student Rating of Teaching (SRT) program, Exam scanning and scoring services, and a K-12 testing program that supports public, private, charter, and homeschools statewide. OMS also offers Survey Services. As business owner for eXplorance Blue (SRT software) and Qualtrics (surveys), we collaborate with our service owner partners in OIT. I have a PhD from Penn State in industrial-organizational psychology. Prior to OMS I worked in human capital management, specializing in transformational change, organizational effectiveness, and post-M&A integrations. One of the key components throughout my career: successful partnerships with IT colleagues to plan and execute strategic initiatives.
