We're re-implementing our REST API in the new GraphQL. For some of our queries we need to retrieve a large amount of data and we want to honor the throttling limits imposed by Instructure. For that we want to be responsive and make sure we process any rate information sent in the response message. So we're looking to find and process the X-Rate-Limit-Remaining header but that one, nor any of the expected throttling headers, aren't found in the response. We tried using various Java libraries as well as tools like Postman but they aren't coming through. What are we doing wrong? Is there something we have to set or configure to receive that and other headers?

For assignments I can get overrides to figure out which Sections they are assigned to. But how do I do that for Quizzes? There doesn't seem to be an override and I can't map a Quiz object to something else that gives me Section information.

I've been working with the Canvas REST API for a while now but I can't figure out how to generate a list of instructors and specifically TAs assigned to a section. I can get the students (enrollments) for a section and I can get the instructors and TAs for a course but I can't figure out how to get the instructors and TAs for a section.

We would like to use the data available through the Canvas Data Portal to generate additional reports not available with standard Canvas reports. This application is/would come in the form of a server which periodically downloads the latest available data through the Data Portal API. However it is not clear to us when data files are updated. If we monitor the web page, listing those files, there doesn't seem to be a clear pattern. Any information on this would be greatly appreciated. Alternatively, is there an endpoint we might have overlooked that tells us there are new files available?

Is there a way I can show a document in Speed Grader which my LTI tool has associated with the assignment. Our tool, when added as an assignment in a course, presents a document upload form. Documents are added by students to our database using this page and then processed and visualized through a large ML framework. The original document as uploaded will be used for graded with some extra tags and evaluations from the ML framework. Is it possible to get Canvas' SpeedGrader to show the document we maintain in our db?
