I think mine would be: 1. A button option to access Student View from any page 2. @ mentions in discussions (enable-able, but not automatic) 3. Annotation tools available to students in Peer Review 3.1 An easier way for instructors to access Peer Reviews and/or to issue grades for peer reviews. That was a fun exercise! Thanks for posting it.

Hello, In the old gradebook, when you marked the assignment setting "Do not count this toward the final grade" the assignment appeared in the gradebook with an exclamation mark next to it. I see that when you use the New Gradebook, the assignment still appears in the gradebook, but there is no mark on the assignment indicating that it does not count toward the final grade. Is this something that is being worked on? I know that the visibility icon may have an impact on the ability to include the exclamation mark, but it is a good, quick indicator that the assignment does not count toward the final grade. Does anyone have any information on this? Thanks, M

At Saint Xavier University in Chicago, IL, we are under Academic Affairs. However, to better coordinate technology-related issues, the IT department and Media Services moved their operations over to the Center for Instructional Design & Academic technology, the center out of which the Instructional Design team operates. We are separate, organizationally, but having all of us in the same wing, as part of the same "Center" allows students, faculty, and staff to better understand where to go for their technology needs).

I also do not see this "instructure_file_link." We are creating buttons and in an effort to make them look more legitimate, we would like to remove the icon that appears when you link to an external site for the button. I would still like this icon to appear next to other links throughout Canvas, so I wouldn't want to change the CSS, but for buttons, I would like to have the icon disappear.

I was experiencing this issue today and yesterday as well. I switched to Chrome over Safari long ago because my images were appearing as broken images. It seemed to work for me. Then just recently I saw the images broken. It was intermittent though. So, for example, the page banner would indicate it was a broken link, then it would reappear for me with no issues. Very strange. I did just have a computer update, though. What are the odds we are all working on a Mac though? Probably not. The big takeaway from my observation is that the images did reappear. It was very strange.

I just ran into this for the first time. After creating an elaborate set of groups, I was upset to find out that it did not carry over. I agree this would be excellent!
