Yes! This makes new quizzes confusing for students too: if there are any manually graded questions, until I finish grading them the student sees a score that counts those questions as zeroes, AND Canv...
So many times I've got a "Where do I find that..." message back from kids after sending out reminders with this feature. It really would be helpful to have the link built in to the reminde...
