Has anyone else turned on the Teams integration after already having Teams be created from our SIS using Active Directory? I have been told that if we turn in the integrations that we will get duplicate Teams. Is this something we could start at the semester break? Wondering if anyone has had worked through this issue and has suggestions.

We are having difficulty with the API from FOCUS SIS to Canvas for rostering. The problem is that Focus API won't show students on a school /students since they are not enrolled anymore. If student A leaves school 1 and moves to school 2, Focus will not display student A on school 1 /students API response it will only show on school 2 response. It will show that the old courses from school 1 are on a “tobedeleted” status since student A does not go to school 1 anymore. Has anyone else has this issue? @to

Agreed. It's driving my teachers crazy as well. Suggestion is to list the courses by Term.

I have teachers that are not assigned any courses in our SIS integration. How do I know what sub-account they are and how to I get them into a specific sub-account?

Does anyone have a customized script that will automatically hide the People link in any course navigation? We are looking to hide People as a default.
