If you hover over All Submissions in Notifications you will see that it says: Instructor and Admin only: Assignment (except quizzes) submission/resubmission

Students are getting an error on some assignments with Studio videos from youtube. This is only occurring on Chromebooks. The error is 'This video is restricted. Try signing in with a G Suite account.' I can log in as the student on a PC and watch the video with no issue. Has anyone else experienced this issue?

I agree regarding the naming! Also, why would students need to see the quiz icon differentiated? That is only going to cause confusion.
