Hello! I'm Briana Vanbuskirk, an instructional designer at Temple University. I have a M.Ed. in Instructional Technology and have worked as an instructional designer, graphic designer, and adjunct professor.
Whenever I can, I like to incorporate my graphic design skills into my work to keep things creative and eye catching. I create custom graphics that end up in PowerPoints, as buttons/icons in canvas, or banners on course home pages (things like that). I am also familiar with basic HTML/CSS coding which helps me customize the appearance of Canvas pages. My design background definitely gives me an interesting angle to designing courses in Canvas.
