Bio:
Betty J. Simkins, Ph.D., is the Williams Companies Chair, Professor of Finance, and Department Head of Finance at Oklahoma State University’s Spears School of Business. She holds a Ph.D. from Case Western Reserve University, MBA from Oklahoma State University (OSU), and BS in Chemical Engineering from the University of Arkansas. She has been a faculty member at OSU since 1997. She currently teaches Energy Finance and Introduction to Energy Business online and is eager to learn all about Canvas features to use in her classes.
