Bio:
Gina Pavlovich is the Director of AP Access for All (APAA), where she leads initiatives to expand Advanced Placement (AP) course access and promote educational equity nationwide. With over 20 years of experience in education, and over 10 years in online education, Gina is dedicated to empowering students from all backgrounds to achieve academic excellence. With the support of her APAA team, the Niswonger Foundation, and the TN Department of Education, Gina has led the APAA program to significantly increase AP participation rates in underserved communities. This initiative has helped close the achievement gap and ensured that all students have the opportunity to succeed in rigorous academic environments. Gina holds a doctorate in Educational Leadership from East Tennessee State University and is a passionate advocate for equitable education.
