I do like the overall look of it. But the page is fairly long and for those who create a lot of these courses the scrolling could get to be a bit much. Could some of the options be side by side?
You should be able to set a time limit on an assignment and you should be able to download and reupload docs in quizzes/annotations on quizzes should be seen by students.
This may belong somewhere else; however, with all the discussion of the new terminology I haven't seen this issue mentioned. While most places have changed from "mute/unmute" to hidden etc...
