This is the same process that we use in Eagle Point thanks to the previous advice we got from @brian_mullins. It works great and helps keep the single source of data to your Synergy SIS.

 @KristinL ‌, I did find the 1:1 group but it seemed rather empty of recent content. I'm just trying to learn as much as I can so I can assist the teachers of my district.
