I am using an iPad and get a flash required notification when I attempt to record an audio.  How do I work around this?

I came to the conclusion I could not load Flash on my IPad (or IPhone)without loading yet again another browser and use my desk top Mac. Iencountered this for my French class no less in May.On Mon, ...
