The action buttons on my Modules disappear as I am having to publish on individual pages instead of simply clicking the action buttons because they do not work. I can see the Modules; students cannot.

Why can't I publish my Modules? I unpublished them because they were taking forever to load. I want to only open as students need them. Now I can't publish at all.
Who can explain to me why some of these buttons are grey (right side of screen-unpublished) and why I can't see the ones that are published -( green) . I was able to see them both; now I can't.
