Seems like if it's been a feature request for over 5 years that they're not monitoring this.  Clicks = time = money.  Teachers have too little of both.  Teachers need all the help they can get.

Seems like a no-brainer.  Recurrence happens in all sorts of different ways, and Canvas should be able to handle all of them.

No question, a critical feature for teachers to follow up on students.  With so many schools in remote-mode, there's so much friction on the teachers that could be reduced by this feature.
