I tried to duplicate a New Quiz, but it has been two hours and it just keeps on loading. Here is a screenshot:

I made a quiz using the New Quizzes tool and I set three attempts for all my students. When I checked this morning, I had a student who has 14 attempts already. Is there a bug in the system?Thank you ...
