I've worked as an Instructional Designer and Trainer for the last 11 years. I've had the chance to work in both the academia and the corporate worlds, and although the workplace culture in each is very different, both experiences have given me the opportunity to experience the various processes within the Instructional System Design cycle: Analysis, design, development, implementation and evaluation of onsite, hybrid, and online programs/courses.
