The option to add a rubric to an assignment doesn't appear. I've tried recreating the assignment, and creating a dummy assignment, but the "add rubric" button isn't there. What am I doing wrong here? 

I did call this graded discussion Assignment 1, Ken, so I'll nose around further and see if I can pinpoint the problem based on that. Thank you. I'll send a screen shot of further questions.
