Will LTI 1.3 and LTI Advantage apps turn up in the External Tools API?  Currently LTI 2.0 apps are not listed at all when using GET /api/v1/accounts/:account_id/external_tools

I've got to agree with this one. The behaviour for LTI's is different and even more noticable now than to regular nav items, this + the different meaning to the icon in the grade book is not ideal

This is a significant issue as it also doesn't appear in the canvas Live events or Canvas Data requests logs or even just the value itself in Canvas data proper.  It really needs to be addressed.

That activity data will be available in KMC (not in Canvas), you should be able to filter to just the KAF (canvas) part of kaltura and see all the user activity
