I am a Canvas Administrator for my school and am trying to add a teacher to a course, which is something I do all the time. I have no idea what I clicked, but suddenly the icon to add people is gray and won't let me click. The only option I have is to to add a group set. How can I get the course back to where I can add someone to the course?

Shared Notes: I did discover this after posting my question: When you go into the “Lock Users” settings under the list of names, there is a Edit Shared Notes option to lock. I would think if you lock it then students cannot edit them as well.

Are students able to share their screens in Canvas Conferencing? Also is there a way to hide or turn off shared notes?

I have a teacher who posted a quiz and the item analysis is not reflecting the actual number of students who have taken the quiz. When he clicks moderate the number of kids who have taken the quiz is higher than the number reflected in item analysis? Please advise.

Can two teachers hold conferences at the same time within the same course? For example, if it is a class that is cotaught with a resource teacher?

1. Can you set up a conference for a certain time within the set up? 2. Do you have to invite all students in your course or can you just invite one class at a time? How do you do this if it is possible? 3. Is there a way for teachers to write on the white board without using the mouse?
