Thanks for your reply. I don't know what is causing it, but I got a reply from TechSmith which makes Camtasia. The course is working fine in Chrome, Firefox, and Safari, but just not in IE 11 or Edge. When loaded into Canvas, it works okay in those browsers; however, when loaded into the Cornerstone LMS (CSOD.com) it doesn't work even in Chrome and Firefox. Techsmith said if I rolled the Camtasia version back to 2018.0.3 or earlier, then we shouldn't see this problem anymore. We reinstalled version 9 and republished the SCORM 2004 package and it works now. The version we were using 2018.0.7 was the cause, but this could be more a problem with Microsoft not bringing their browsers into full HTML5 compatibility. TechSmith said they are working on a solution to get the newer versions to work in MS browsers and CSOD LMS at this time.

I'm having this same issue with a SCORM package published with Camtasia. Did you ever find out the problem and how to fix it? I am also having the endless spinning wheel with a black background when I test this in the LMS.
