I accidentally deleted a quiz, how can I get it back?

I have a combined gradebook in skyward. When I sync my grades only 2 of the 3 classes will sync to skyward. I tried to sync just the missing class and I got, grades have already been posted. Help

I created an assignment and shared it in the commons.  When others import it into class, the questions aren't there. How and I share it?
