For me, when I grade short answers on a combination of short answers and multiple choice, I always have problems. I can hit the update button 4 - 5 times and it still does not update the score. It still has a gold ball next to the studen'ts name and in the gradebook it looks like it has not been graded. Help, please!!! This has been happening for over three years.
