Seconding this. There's times when I need to modify grading for students with IEPs or write notes to myself about an assignment. If it were visible to all instructors, that would also open up the notes to the Special Ed teacher who is also in my course.

Just made a new quiz, was proud to figure out how to assign outcomes to each relevant question, but in order to see how the kids did for mastery levels, I have to go into the quiz itself through the Build button, and then look at reports. That's one step too many, and it needs to pass through to the Learning Mastery gradebook.

I want this feature as well. When I saw that the New Quizzes had "accommodations," I didn't realize they were all time limit modifications.

Another vote for the ability to change this! I use Meets Target at a 4 and keep 5 for Exceeding the Target. My kids need to know that it's PERFECTLY OKAY to get 4s, and it doesn't feel good to get orange/red for just meeting the target. It feels like they failed, when they didn't!
