Canvas has an app center within the experience that is powered by EduAppCenter.com:   Apps listed in this section are populated by information from listings on EduAppCenter.com. Here's some additional information on the EduAppCenter:   You will need to create an account then go through the app submission process. The application can be found on the submit tab (please note, you will only be able to access this tab when you are logged into your EduAppCenter account).    The caveat: the EduAppCenter ONLY supports LTI 1.1 integrations. We are encouraging vendors to create LTI 1.3 integrations and we are seeing many of our customers require 3rd party tools have an LTI 1.3 integration. So, if you are building an LTI 1.3 integration, the EduAppCenter is not the appropriate route.    We do not have a similar App Center for LTI 1.3 at this time. The sole access point to the Partner Support team is through a Canvas sandbox. Thus, Partner Support is reserved for those Partners who have purchased a Canvas sandbox. All users in the Canvas sandbox can access the Partner Support. Users can submit support requests by navigating to the Help icon on the global navigation, then selecting Report a Problem. Our Partner Support team is highly technical and can assist with questions you may have regarding integration with Canvas. Including payload examples, referencing specific LTI/API endpoints, and URLs to specific examples in your sandbox of unexpected or problem behavior is highly encouraged. With your Canvas sandbox, you also receive a beta environment. With any changes you're wanting to make and are not sure how they will impact your integration, we recommend testing out in your beta environment before doing so in your production instance. The beta environment allows you to explore new features before they reach production. The beta environment is overwritten with data from the production environment every Saturday. Any work or content you add to your beta environment will be overwritten every week. We offer Partners the opportunity to purchase a Canvas sandbox at an annual fee of $2000 USD. The Sandbox is a fully-functioning, production-level Canvas environment that our Partners use to test, develop, maintain, and demo their integration(s). This is the same environment provided to our Canvas Cloud customers. Because this instance is Instructure-hosted, it will receive updates on the same schedule as our customers and each sandbox also comes with access to a Beta environment.  The Canvas sandbox provides the ability to provision Administrator accounts necessary to enable integrations within a Canvas instance. Additionally, the sandbox is a great place for other use-cases such as troubleshooting unexpected behavior with mutual customers to improve the support experience, and an environment for your sales team to demonstrate your Canvas integration to prospective customers. The use of sub-accounts can help create environments for different use-cases.  Lastly, the Partner Sandbox opens up access to our Partner Support team who can answer technical questions regarding integration. Overview: Partner privacy and security information is one of most frequent requests that we get from our clients. In order to help our clients understand more about our partner’s privacy and security practices we’ve partnered with OneTrust, a market leader in privacy, security, and governance.  The OneTrust platform will be used to automate the review and scoring of partner privacy and security documentation. As a member of the EdTech Collective, Instructure’s partner ecosystem, you’ll have the opportunity to earn Collective Credentials. Many of these credentials will be free of charge and available to all partners. Others that require more in depth review or additional benchmarks will require a fee. All credentials will be displayed on your partner page in the Canvas Community, and can also be leveraged on your company website or other digital properties to signify your active participation in the EdTech Collective, and your commitment to better serve our shared clients through partnership. Why Did We Start The Collective Credential Program? The Collective Credential program was launched with the goal of quickly and efficiently providing important information to our clients about our partners. Many of our clients have provided input regarding the requirements for each credential and we’ll continue to consult with them in the development of future credentials.   What Are Collective Credentials? As a member of the EdTech Collective, Instructure partners have the opportunity to obtain Collective Credentials and digital badges.   Collective Credentials help our clients understand more about a partner at a glance and give our partners the opportunity to distinguish themselves from other technology and service providers.   How Are Collective Credentials Awarded?  Collective Credentials are earned by doing cool stuff like providing exceptional user support and keeping student data private and secure. Each credential has a unique set of requirements that must be met for the credential to be awarded. Credential badges are issued as open badges powered by the Badgr platform.   All credentials require an active partnership agreement and partner directory page in the Community.
