When trying to take a survey quiz, the application gives a "Page Error" when a question is submitted. The information looks unsaved at first. However, when the page is refreshed, it routes to the survey overview page and it displays that the survey was saved and turned in. When I double check to see if all questions were answered and saved, they are. We're having complications taking the any quiz on the Canvas LMS App.    The complication is the 'NEXT' button is taking individuals to a page error instead of the next question. However, if you go to the upper right hand side and click on each labeled question, it will take you to the next question.   The problem is a 500 (internal server error). ... View more
