I am glad to hear that you had some success with @JessicaDeanSVC's suggestion. If you were to share the csv files you generated (assuming they do not contain sensitive information) then someone in the community might be able to advise on some kind of formula or other sorting method to really break down the comparison. Otherwise you could reach out to your CSM to see about what custom reporting might be available.

Thanks for posting your question to the Community! I know that with Power School they require the teacher to view the categories in PS to activate them and they must match across all sections in the course. Assuming you have done that, do you get any errors as a result of the sync? If you have errors, that's the best place to start. Assuming you do have errors then I recommend searching for that error here - https://community.canvaslms.com/t5/SIS-Error-Codes/SIS-Error-Code-Dictionary/ta-p/535897
If you don't see it, fixing it requires something you don't have access to or don't feel comfortable with you can definitely submit a ticket to Canvas Support.

Like @TrishaMeyer1 mentioned, it would be good to have some more information regarding your situation. Ultimately it also depends on whether or not your grade sync is managed by Canvas or not. You can always reach out to Canvas Support to have them look over your set up.
I know from experience that assignments without a due date will not sync. If you have more than one assignment with the same exact name, there are integrations that will not allow either one to sync. Bottom line though is that either submitting a ticket to support or posting some screen shots of your assignments list in Canvas (indicate one that isn't giving the option to sync) as well as the grade sync interface showing that it is missing is what needs to be done. Be sure to also let us know what SIS your school or district is using.

Reaching out to your CSM or submitting a support ticket to Canvas would be the best course of action. Your CSM should be equipped to handle such requests. If not, then you should be able to source guidance from the Canvas Support team.

I am sorry to hear you are still looking for an answer. There actually are some limitations depending on what kind of content you are working with in Canvas. What you may be running in to is a character limit. Generally this is a very large value for pages, a lot of HTML can take up that space. This can be things like <span> and <div> tags. I would advise checking the HTML view to see what it looks like. If you have tables and such that can really add on to the character count.

What program are you using to record? Is it both your webcam and your screen or just your webcam? Have you tried recording with another program? Does the recording play back normally on your computer and only change once it's uploaded to Canvas?

Since the TurnItIn LTI is developed by a 3rd party have you reached out to their support team to see if this behavior is intended? There could be some parameters that could be adjusted for the installation. It seems that based on the contributions from other members of the community that this issue is not something being experienced under normal circumstances. You might want to reach out to. your distance learning or IT department to see if they can contact TurnItIn in regards to this.

We really appreciate you bringing this information to light. I did some testing and can confirm that it definitely does not apply to New Quizzes because they are an LTI. Based on the screen shots you provided the annotated PDF would be at the bottom of the assignment page when you view it. If you are not seeing it I would suggest a couple things:
Make sure that your browser is up to date - Check the Canvas browser requirements.
Clear your browser cache for all time - Find the steps for your browser.
Try viewing the results in a different browser from the one you normally use
If all else fails, you can open a support ticket with Canvas Support.

As @maguire mentioned you may find a workaround using external methods. However simply working with Canvas, you cannot enter an alphabet based value in your spreadsheet and import it to your grade book, even if it matches the grading scheme titling you created.

From what I know, the parameters that Zoom looks for (things like the user's role in the course) is set by the developer (Zoom). This is something that they might be able to adjust for your particular installation. Something else to consider would be limiting participants to authenticated users. I have seen this option in Zoom settings, though I do not know for sure if it's in all instances of Zoom. It may depend on your subscription tier. This would prevent users who are not logged in through an account in your domain from joining the meeting.
