Can someone look at this screen shot and help me to understand why the answers were marked wrong?

It is very difficult to tell the difference between a capital letter for "i" which is "I" and the lower case letter for "l". They look exactly the same in canvas and answers frequently get graded as wrong. Is there a way to change the font style so a question and answer with the capital letter of "i" and a lower case "l" can be distinguished? I can't tell what is wrong with this answer: Can anyone else?

I was wondering if there is a way to have the dates of "available from" and "until then" show up on the line with the assignment name on the module list? The due date shows up and the points show up on with the name of the assignment on the module list. It just would be nice to also see the dates of availability from and until on the same line instead of having to open the assignment and edit it.

I would like to know the same thing. I think the students are clicking off the page to open a new tab to look up the answer on google or something else.

Hi, I understand how to change some very basic things in the HTML code like width and height, copy for edit. However, my son is a programmer, so he could help me. If there is a way to put in the code for the pic and then change the spacing in the html for the multiple pictures, if explained which code to use, I could probably do it. Thank you for your help!

Hi, I will try that idea! That way you could change the width and height of the cell that the image is going in as needed. I am surprised that you can not insert a text box into a page and maybe be able to put a border around it. That is another que

Hi, Thank you for the suggestion to resize the pictures first before inserting them. Would you happen to know what might be a good size (W x H) for the pics. Are there any dimensions on the "space" of that boxed area where you type text or insert pics in the page format? I can play around with different pics and get an idea. If you put in a picture as an example, it did not show up. I see a box with a pale yellow triangle in the middle There is so much to learn and so little time. Is there a way to insert at least 2 images on a page in canvas and have them side by side? When I insert an image and then try to insert a second image, it will put it under the first one. I would prefer to have it next to the first one. Or, can you put a group of 4 images on a page with 2 rows of 2 columns? Thanks kjkleiss

I think that would be a great idea!! I am just learning canvas due to having to teach online. I feel like after 30 yrs of teaching, I have to reinvent the wheel. It would be great to get some ideas from other teachers in your specific content area!!!
