Re: When I make a conference in Canvas and select "start" or "join", I am just redirected to the Blindside Networks homepage. Does anyone know how I can join the conference?

I solved this mystery.   If the Canvas user doesn't have a name set on their profile, they will not be allowed in to a Conference room and will be redirected to blindside networks homepage.  To fix it...
