Bio:
Dr. Kristin (K.C.) Testerman is an educator who strives to increase the capabilities of all educators and students. Currently, she works for Instructure as a Senior Manager in Learning Services. She oversees the On-Demand Training Portal and On Demand Team who builds and maintains the courses in the Portal.
She is a collaborative leader and educator who offers consistent commended experience and performance as a classroom teacher, a leader, and a technology integrator. She completed her doctoral degree in Educational Leadership with a focus on the preparedness of administrators for the implementation of blended learning. She has many years of experience in eLearning content development and training, with experiences in hybrid/blended and F2F learning environments. KC has an elementary education degree along with a master’s degree in English. She taught in the K-12 classroom for over 16 years, was in administration for 8 years, and now teaches at the university level part-time. KC resides in Pennsylvania with her husband, children, and Golden Girls, oops, Retrievers, Betty White, and Rose Nyland.
