Turnitin LTI PeerMark question - how does "Rate this Review" work?

Is anyone using Turnitin LTI's PeerMark feature? And if so, does anyone know how the "Rate this Review" option that's visible to students (when they read the peer reviews they received) work?

I was doing some testing of PeerMark earlier today and noticed this option, which I don't recall noticing last year (the last time I did this testing). While "masquerading" as test students, I was able to assign a reviewer rating using the 10-point scale slider. When returning to those reviews as the student, it indicate whatever I had selected.

We're interested in possibly using this for a particular project, but I can't figure out how (or whether) instructors or reviewers can see this information. And a search through Turnitin's documentation and known issues didn't reveal anything useful.

Does anyone have any experience with this that they might be able to share? (I'm hoping Dallas E Hulsey might have an idea!)
