Ditching a Textbook: A Learning Experience

Frustrated with the high cost of textbooks, this instructor ditched them in favor of open online

educational resources and technology. Was it worth it? Did it work? How much extra time did

it take? This session will provide an overview of the results, including the successes and

challenges.
