Keyboard navigating course menu - access keys

A question for users who solely navigate by keyboard, are there access keys or alike available to jump to the start of a course menu? There is a 'skip to content' link available, which sends focus to the course content but also skips past the course navigation. So if a user wants to skip over the Canvas navigation directly to the course menu, is it possible? Or as alternative examples:
- Can you add more than one 'skip to content' link, example, 'skip to content' and 'skip to course navigation'?
- Can 'skip to content' land at the start of the course content and another 'skip to course content' is available to skip over the course menu when required?
