To Our Amazing Educators Everywhere,
Happy Teacher Appreciation Week!
We’re excited to introduce the newly refreshed Accessibility Community Group—a dedicated place for educators, designers, and accessibility advocates to connect, share insights, and collaborate on all things accessibility.
We’ve made key updates to enhance your experience, including:
With the updated Title II accessibility requirements and upcoming enforcement of the European Accessibility Act (EAA), ensuring digital content is fully accessible isn’t just best practice—it’s essential. While this work has always been critical, with new regulations reinforcing the importance of equitable access, now is the time to come together, share strategies, and support one another in building accessible learning experiences for all learners.
This space thrives on community input and will play a large role in our collaboration on all things Accessibility. We’re eager to hear what is top of mind for you and how we can best partner with you. Whether you have a question, a success story, or a challenge you’re facing, we invite you to share and learn alongside peers committed to making learning more accessible for all.

I am a passionate educator and life-long learner. My work in academic strategy provides the opportunity and platform to share that passion with others. In addition to my work on the Instructure team, I've been a K12 educator, district specialist and coach, and a higher ed instructor.
