Hello @MaddoxParent (Shari)…

Community members would not be able to help answer questions about tax forms.  This is the Canvas Community website…a global website where people come to ask questions about the Canvas LMS (Learning Management System).  Canvas and tax forms are completely separate things, so you will need to inquire about this using other avenues.  If you are taking a course at your school related to taxes, I would encourage you to reach out to your instructor.  Hope this helps.
