Speaking of sharing, I noticed that you created two separate questions (which I just changed to "discussions," inasmuch as they aren't designed to elicit a single "correct answer"). Did you know that you can share a post in more than one community space? Rather than having to create two copies resulting in differing comment threads, you can create your post and then use the Share link in the upper right to share it into additional spaces. Because you are a member of the Instructional Designers group, for example, you can start a discussion in that group and then share it here to the Higher Ed group (or vice versa) or to any other group of which you're also a member. This will keep comments and resources centralized and better organized for search results.
