I have the free personal teacher's account. Can I upload the content from my personal account to the school district account?

Yes, you should be able to do this.  Follow these steps:

1. In the Free for Teachers (FFT) account, export your course: How do I export a Canvas course?
2. In your school's Canvas account, import the course export to an empty course shell: How do I import a Canvas course export package?
