My students are going to deliver speeches with power point presentations. How do they record themselves and show the power point slide show at the same time?

Maybe you can seek help from any other screen recording software. As far as I know, most of such recorders like RecMaster and OBS Studio support webcam overlay to show the face and presentation at the same time.
