[ARCHIVED] [ARCHIVED] screen capture does not work

Based on the instruction, a pdf file, I downloaded the installscreenrecorderlauncher.exe and run its installation. The I went back to Canvas-studio and selected "record-screen capture". A blank page showed up. I tried many times on my laptop and desktop. None of them works. Can anybody help? Thanks.

Hi @ning_wang ...
Even if you have installed the one-time download for the screen capture in Canvas Studio, when you click on "Record" >> "Screen Capture" ... you may have to wait a minute or two for the screen capture interface to appear...even if it appears that it's prompting you to download it again. That is usually what happens for me, and the screens that prompt to download usually go away after a short time. Also, make sure that your Chrome web browser is up-to-date.
