Once the midterm is beyond the due date, is there a way to accept a late midterm?

Hello! Students can still submit assignments after the Due Date if you leave the 'Until' date open (do not have a date) in the assignment settings, this is also true for quizzes. Then Canvas will alert you when the assignment is submitted in your 'To Do' list. The link below should give you some more detailed information...
