[ARCHIVED] Access difficulty

Hello

I am having difficulties accessing canvas on my laptop. I am able to access on my phone but need to use my laptop to print etc. plus I have an online session tomorrow (Thursday) am so need to be able to access it sufficiently.

On the dashboard is showing 4 tiles all of which are grey and flashing which I am unable to access

Hi  @986720  Welcome to the Canvas Community!

I am strongly suspecting that you are using an unsupported browser Which browsers does Canvas support?

We always suggest our students and faculty use Chrome or Firefox, and the most recent versions.

Let us know how this works out and if you need more help.
