[ARCHIVED] Adding Instructor-level Permissions to our Instance

I am one of the Account Admin on our instance. We have had changeover in personnel and I need to add Instructor-level Account admins to our instance. When I go in to do this, I am not seeing INSTRUCTOR as an option for assignment. I see Outcome Services, Quizzes.Next Service, and Account Admin. I looked through all the guides, but I do not have the INSTRUCTOR option.

How do I go about adding these without that dropdown option?

Canvas divides it's default roles into two categories - account-level roles, and course-level roles. Instructor is a course-level role. The following lessons from the Canvas Admin Guide's Roles and Permissions chapter will help..............
