[ARCHIVED] Adding a class?

Just started self paced canvas training and it wants me to to create sandbox in my dashboard, but there is no option for "start a new course" where it says it should be

When the "Start a New Course" button is absent, it means that the local Canvas admin for the district has disabled that capability for the teacher role. Please reach out to the local admin or eLearning department for your district to request a new course shell (sandbox).
