[ARCHIVED] Adding a question to a quiz that 2 students out of 11 didn't see it; and it's not there.

I added a quiz question to a quiz and didn't realize that 2 students had already taken it.  Didn't check to see open date so I thought I was good.  However, these 2 didn't have it to answer at that time.  Is there a way to re-insert this question to those two and have them answer it in the quiz?

That is a great question! Do you know if you are using the Classic Quizzes engine or the New Quizzes engine? 

Unfortunately, there is not a way to insert the newly added question that the two students missed out on their original attempt. This is because they submitted to an earlier version of the quiz that did not contain the new question you added after they submitted. 

For this you would need to allow them to retake the quiz in order for them to have the newly added question on their attempt.
